Nicola Marsden
Professor of Social Informatics, Heilbronn UniversityNicola is Professor of Social Informatics at Heilbronn University, Germany, where she leads the Lab for Social Informatics. Her research focuses on gender-responsive innovation, inclusive technology design, and the socially responsible development of AI. Using participatory and living lab approaches, she works with industry and society to address bias and foster human-centered innovation. She serves as an expert for several national and international bodies on gender, technology, and AI.

She holds an M.A. in Gender Studies and a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology and combines deep theoretical expertise with practical experience in applying gender and diversity concepts across organizational and tech contexts.

Gabriella Quaranta
Head of Network, ENoLLGabriella works in EU funded projects since more than ten years, working with multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration among a wide range of stakeholders. She also served as one of the Italian National Contact Point (NCP) for Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe, in the fields of transport and security. Throughout her career, she coordinated numerous EU-funded projects, not only overseeing project management but also leading dissemination, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities. This experience has enabled her to develop deep expertisein these areas. Additionally, she delivered dozens of training sessions on project management issues, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe, helping to build capacity across the R&I community. After a long period in APRE, the Italian Agency for the Promotion of European Research, and two years at EMSO ERIC, the European Multidisciplinary Seafloor and Water Column Observatory, she enthusiastically joined ENoLL as Head of Network Unit and Senior Project Manager. In this role, she also coordinated the EU-funded project GILL - Gendered Innovation Living Labs.

Project Manager, ENoLLArianna is a Project Manager at ENoLL. She is part of the Projects Unit and the Proposals Writing team. In her role, Arianna was part of the coordination team for the GILL (Gendered Innovation Living Labs) project, where she has gained valuable experience in the coordination of EU projects. Arianna is the SPOC of the ENoLL Gender in Innovation Working Group, which explores the intersections between gender, entrepreneurship, and innovation in Living Labs.

Project Manager in European initiatives and Living Labs in the Health and Well-being sectorKonstantina holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics (2021) and a Master's in Biomedical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has experience in project management, particularly in European initiatives and Living Labs in the Health and Well-being sector. Her research focuses on Assistive Technologies and the use of AI and machine learning to extract health metrics from daily life data and predict health outcomes. She is also actively working on applying Living Lab methodologies in healthcare settings.
