Sip, Speak & Learn
An informal evening of posters, conversations, and new connections.
The Networking Poster Session is a dynamic and informal space designed to showcase projects, initiatives, Living Labs, and innovative ideas while encouraging meaningful exchanges between participants with a glass of wine. More than a traditional poster display, the session creates an opportunity to spark conversations, share experiences, discover potential collaborations, and connect with peers from across the international Living Lab community.
Set in a relaxed atmosphere, attendees are invited to explore the posters at their own pace, engage directly with presenters, and exchange ideas in an open and approachable setting. Whether you are looking to present your work, gain visibility for your initiative, or expand your network, the Networking Poster Session offers a unique platform to do so.
To make the experience even more enjoyable, refreshments will be available throughout the session, helping create the social and welcoming atmosphere that is at the heart of OpenLivingLab Days.

Is a networking poster right for you?
The Networking Poster session should not be mistaken with the Research Posters. If a research paper submission is rejected but still holds value, the Research Chair and the Track Leader may decide to invite the authors to present their work as a poster. In such cases, the authors will be provided with a template that they can adapt for their poster presentation. Once the poster is prepared, authors will need to resubmit it for approval by the OLLD Research Track Coordinator and/or Track Leader before it is finalised for presentation.
