At OpenLivingLab Days 2026, we offer a dedicated exhibition area where you can showcase your project, initiative, or organisation to a global audience of innovation leaders, Living Lab practitioners, researchers, companies, and policymakers.
This year’s exhibition space will be at the heart of the conference, hosting booths from both sponsors and exhibitors, as well as all coffee and lunch breaks and networking moments. It’s the ideal space to boost visibility, dialogue, and collaboration.
Exhibition Booths
Secure a booth and make your presence felt throughout the conference. Both Exhibition Booth Package include:
- A dedicated space in the central networking area
- Maximum visibility throughout all the networking activities during the conference days of 30 September and 1 October, taking place in Antwerp, Belgium.
Please note that entrance tickets are not included in this package and must be purchased separately. For more information, please see the tickets page.

What’s included
Every exhibition booth includes a basic equipment setup (Starter Pack) as part of booth exhibition package, designed to help you stand out.
Starter Pack for Small and Big Booth:
- Counter
- Stool (2 units)
- Display 3 shelves (1 unit)
- Big Backdrop (150 x 190cm) & Medium Backdrop (95 x 135cm) with personalised branding/logo
- Plants
Additional items in the Big Booth:
- Additional Big Backdrop
- Armchairs (2 units)
- Coffee table (1 unit)
You can further customise your booth with additional equipment, available upon request for an extra fee, subject to feasibility, availability, and venue constraints.
Ready to Join? Here's How
If you’re ready to be an exhibitor, simply submit your request via the Expression of Interest Form. Once we receive your request, we will get in touch with you to confirm all the necessary details and next steps.
To finalise your participation as an exhibitor, please ensure that all the visuals are submitted and the payment is completed by Tuesday, 1 September 2026. Both steps are required to confirm your presence at the conference.
