Nicola Marsden

Nicola is Professor of Social Informatics at Heilbronn University, Germany, where she leads the Lab for Social Informatics. Her research focuses on gender-responsive innovation, inclusive technology design, and the socially responsible development of AI. Using participatory and living lab approaches, she works with industry and society to address bias and foster human-centered innovation. She serves as an expert for several national and international bodies on gender, technology, and AI.
