Currently serving in the management team of Transilvania IT Cluster and engaging as programme manager, expert, trainer, mentor and coach, Andra's passion is to create projects and environments of personal, organisational and societal sustainable, innovative, strategic and systemic learning and development always working in pioneering fields. She gathers experience from working in international, multi-stakeholder environments (civil society, policy makers, businesses, academia, media and citizens) on topics related to green and digital transformation, conflict transformation, development cooperation and non-formal education. Her motto characterized by her realistic idealism is "be the change you want to see in the world".
