Dotty Baker-Hassan is KWMC's Co-Director of Business Development and Operations, bringing experience across creative technology, community innovation, organisational development and coaching. Her work explores the relationship between people, technology and creativity, with a focus on how creative approaches can support individuals and communities to develop new possibilities.

Dotty is an experienced creative facilitator and accredited coach, specialising in listening, reflection, confidence-building and helping people identify their own solutions. Within KWMC, she leads organisational development, partnerships and operational strategy, supporting creative and community-led ideas to become sustainable programmes and services.
