Looking for a business partner from the private sector, or a Living Lab with whom you would like to connect for a European project, somewhere to test your innovation with real users, or a route into a new market?
Join the Networking & Brokerage Event on 1 October, from 14:00 to 17:15, in the Main Networking Area at A Room with a ZOO in Antwerp, for an afternoon of one-to-one meetings with companies and organisations you have chosen to meet.
The event is supported by the “b2match” platform, which makes it easy to prepare your meetings in advance. Create a profile describing what you offer and who you would like to meet, browse the participant list and send meeting requests. Your meetings will then take place in the OLLD Main Networking Area in 30-minute slots, giving you the opportunity to have up to six meetings in one afternoon.
Bring your ideas, needs and challenges to the table and meet people who can help you move them forward. Connect with Living Labs, businesses and private-sector organisations from Belgium and across Europe to find project partners, testing opportunities, new collaborations or routes into new markets.
To make it easier to find the right people, participants can browse profiles across eight different themes, ranging from health and well-being to energy, mobility, food systems and social innovation. You can start identifying potential partners before the event and use the platform to arrange your meetings in advance.
And because not every promising connection has to start with a fully formed project or partnership, the afternoon is also a chance to explore ideas, understand what others are looking for and discover opportunities you may not have considered. A conversation with a Living Lab could open the door to testing an innovation with real users; a meeting with a private-sector organisation could bring a missing partner into a Horizon Europe consortium or offer a first step into a new market. Sometimes, 30 minutes is enough to find out whether there is something worth pursuing together.
The event is organised by the Enterprise Europe Network together with ENoLL and LiCalab.
If you are interested in taking part, you need to create your b2match profile before the conference. The sooner your profile is visible, the more time you will have to discover relevant participants, send meeting requests and build your schedule for the afternoon.
Ready to meet your next partner? By registering for the OLLD conference, you can indicate your interest in the matchmaking event and will then receive instructions on how to set up your b2match profile.
