The workshop will explore how AI can expanse collective intelligence and positively challenge participants cognitive capabilities.
Based on the use of specific AI twin’s prototype and specific methodology this workshop will allow to explore the following problematic: “Future of innovation capabilities”.

Innovation, Transformation, Collective Intelligence, and Human FactorWith over 30 years of experience at the intersection of human factors, innovation, and organizational transformation, Stéphane has been involved in numerous projects as a strategic advisor to leaders, HR Directors, designers, and facilitators of transformative processes. He has worked on behalf of leading companies within their respective industries and in terms of human engagement, as well as with territories called upon to reflect on their future. Passionate about interdisciplinary approaches, systemic thinking associated with complexity, and the challenges of human adaptive evolution, he is actively involved in models of collective intelligence and the development of new capabilities or skills related to the cooperation between collective intelligence and AI. Stéphane has the ability to design and facilitate collective initiatives that foster the emergence of a forward-looking vision aimed at solving complex problems. These initiatives integrate strategic and human factors that can provide companies or organizations with increased performance as well as regenerative capacities.

Founder, La Fabrique du FuturEric Seulliet is a graduate of HEC Paris. He is the founder of La Fabrique du Futur, a think tank and innovation ecosystem created in 2006 to explore desirable futures, foster responsible innovation, and strengthen the dialogue between technological progress, societal transformation, and sustainable development. Recognized as a Living Lab by the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL) since 2008, La Fabrique du Futur brings together companies, public organizations, researchers, entrepreneurs, and citizens to co-design and experiment with innovative solutions addressing major societal challenges.
