At OpenLivingLab Days 2025, we offer a dedicated exhibition area where you can showcase your project, initiative, or organisation to a global audience of innovation leaders, Living Lab practitioners, researchers, companies, and policymakers.
This year’s exhibition space will be at the heart of the conference in the Networking Village, hosting booths from both sponsors and exhibitors, as well as all coffee and lunch breaks, networking moments, and Village Talks. It’s the ideal space to boost visibility, dialogue, and collaboration.
Please note that the networking village is in an open space, and each exhibitor needs to take care of the security of their own booth.

Secure a booth and make your presence felt throughout the conference. Both Exhibition Booth Package includes:
- A dedicated space in the central networking area (1 stand in the case of the Small Booth, 2 stands in the case of the Big one).
- Maximum visibility during all the networking activities

What’s included
Every exhibition booth includes a basic equipment set up (Starter Pack) as part of booth exhibition package, designed to help you stand out. Here’s a quick overview of this starter pack:
- Branding/logo in front of the booth in vinyl sticker
In the networking village, various beach chairs and stools will be available for the participants, who will be sitting in the vicinity of your exhibition stands.
If you plan on bringing any additional AV equipment, please inform the organisers.
You can further customise your booth with additional equipment, available upon request for an extra fee.

The Exhibition Poster Stand Package includes:
- A dedicated poster panel to display your content within the OLLD venue
- High visibility throughout the entire duration of the conference
- One complimentary conference ticket is included with the package

Ready to Join? Here's How
If you’re ready to be an exhibitor, simply submit your request via the Expression of Interest Form. Once we receive your request we will get in touch with you to confirm all the necessary details and next steps.
For booths: You will receive specific instructions for your booth visuals, along with payment details.
For poster stands: After submitting the expression of interest form, you will be asked to send us your poster visual for approval, ensuring its relevance with the theme of the conference. Once it’s approved, we’ll provide you printing guidelines and a code to purchase your Poster Stand Ticket.
To finalise your participation as exhibitor, please ensure that all the visuals are submitted and the payment is completed by Wednesday, 10 September. Both steps are required to confirm your presence at the conference.
