Pascuala works as a Social Innovation Project Manager at the Impact Unit of Sant Joan de Déu Research Institute, supporting project conceptualisation and participatory processes across the Sant Joan de Déu healthcare and social ecosystem. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and an MSc in Sociology of Culture, Media and the Arts from Erasmus University Rotterdam. With over twelve years of experience across Chile and Europe, her background combines project design and management, applied social research, and impact evaluation across both public and private sectors. Over the past few years, she has worked in the design and coordination of international cooperation projects in the social and cultural fields, collaborating with communities, organisations, and public institutions around cultural rights, heritage, social equity, and social innovation, using participatory approaches to address complex challenges.
