Joep Wijnhoven manages the portofolio of the Centre for Living Labs at Utrecht University (CLU). He graduated as a biologist but spent most of his career as a connector and facilitator in the fast-paced IT industry. He specialises in optimising collaborations within and between organisations to achieve mutually agreed goals.
