Romane Caparros is ENoLL’s Capacity Building Assistant and Trainer. With a strong foundation in International Relations and a keen interest in humanitarian law and international justice. Romane’s previous roles at NGOs such as Civitas Maxima and B8 of Hope in Geneva involved supporting peacebuilding initiatives and advocating for the rights of victims of war crimes. These experiences, combined with her academic background, have honed her ability to navigate complex legal and geopolitical landscapes.
