Paula Rodriguez Müller
Scientific project officer – Digital Transformation of Governance & Innovative Public Services, JRC
Paula works at the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre, where she conducts and leads research on digital governance, and the societal and organisational impact of emerging technologies in the public sector. Based in the Directorate for Digital Transformation and Data, her work bridges science and policy. In parallel, she explores how innovation and co-creation can strengthen public sector capabilities and support the EU’s digital policies. She holds a PhD from KU Leuven, where she explored how co-creation can reshape the relationship between citizens, governments, and businesses in delivering digital public services.
