Agnieszka Włodarczyk-Gębik

Co-founder & coordinator of Kraków Living Lab, ENoLL Council member
Agnieszka Włodarczyk-Gębik is the co-founder and coordinator of Kraków Living Lab (since 2015) and a member of the European Network of Living Labs Council. She is an experienced project manager in a sustainable development team, focusing on EU policies, smart cities, digitally driven circular transformation, and the circular economy. Having worked at Krakow Technology Park for over 12 years, she has been deeply involved in the co-creation of regional strategies and policies, including smart specialisation strategies, policy-making improvements, and balancing diverse interests in public policy development. She has coordinated numerous regional and international projects under MRPO, Horizon 2020, InterregCE, Erasmus+, and Horizon Europe. Agnieszka has also served as a moderator and evaluator for various initiatives and competitions—such as smart city challenges, workshops, hackathons, and Living Lab waves—and is a co-author of several articles and studies on smart cities and the application of the Living Lab methodology.
