Stach Aarts is Educational Developer at AMS Institute, where he designs innovative learning environments that translate the Living Lab Way of Working into education, training, and professional development programs for the infrastructure and innovation sectors. With a background in educational sciences and innovation management, he has extensive experience in learning design, design-based education, and educational innovation. Before joining AMS Institute, Stach worked as an education advisor and researcher at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. He is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and combines analytical thinking with a creative, participatory approach to learning.
