We’re on the lookout for engaging session proposals for the OpenLivingLab Days conference in Andorra, happening from 30 September – 3 October 2025, with the sessions taking place on Wednesday 1 October and Thursday 2 October. We’re particularly interested in sessions that:

Theme and Tracks
Based on the theme of the conference, “Living Labs for regenerative futures connecting local and global innovation ecosystems” you are encouraged to show special consideration to the tracks when applying for a session. You will find the tracks as follows:

Evaluation Criteria
We seek engaging and well-structured sessions that contribute to the advancement of Living Labs. Sessions should focus on relevant results, impact, or advancing key topics rather than presenting individual projects. Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Quality and clarity of the proposed idea
- Relevance of the topic and its ability to stimulate in-depth discussions
- Breadth of the topic and inclusion of a diverse range of speakers
- Session format and delivery, emphasizing the dissemination of research, work, or innovations rather than the promotion of specific entities or projects.
Proposals with the highest evaluation scores across these dimensions will be selected for the OLLD25 program.
While not explicitly weighted, the following factors may also be taken into account:
- Synergies between Working Groups, initiatives and projects addressing similar topics
- Collaboration between ENoLL members and external stakeholders
All sessions will be evaluated internally, and applicants will receive feedback by Friday 30 May 2025.
We’d like to kindly remind all session organizers that speakers and moderators are required to purchase a ticket to participate in OLLD25. However, discounted tickets are available, and further details will be provided once sessions are confirmed.
