On Day 1, the Social & Networking Dinner will take centre stage as the highlight of OLLD’s social programme. Hosted at Taverne ’t Kerkschip, this special evening offers attendees a unique opportunity to build meaningful connections, exchange ideas, and strengthen professional relationships in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Networking & Brokerage Event | 1 October 2026
On the afternoon of Day 2, participants will have the opportunity to join a dedicated Networking & Brokerage Event. Designed to facilitate collaboration and partnership building, the event will bring together Living Labs, SMEs, researchers, public authorities, and innovation stakeholders to explore new opportunities, exchange expertise, and initiate future collaborations.
Networking Poster Session | 1 October 2026
The day will conclude with the Networking Poster Session, a dynamic and informal format designed to showcase projects, initiatives, Living Labs, and innovative ideas while encouraging meaningful exchanges between participants. More than a traditional poster exhibition, the session creates a space for conversation, inspiration, and collaboration, allowing attendees to discover new initiatives, share experiences, and connect with peers from across the international Living Lab community.
To present a poster at the Networking Poster Session, you will need to purchase an add-on ticket. This gives you the opportunity to showcase your project, Living Lab, or initiative and be featured in the agenda.
