Description

This workshop is part of the GILL project’s efforts to strengthen a pan-European community and hub focused on raising awareness of gender-related challenges. It aims to explore more inclusive practices across different contexts—business, academia, and innovation at large. The session will include a hands-on exercise and simulation using the GILL Hub, an interactive platform that serves as a one-stop shop for good practices, success stories, and innovative methods related to gender and inclusion. Participants will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and have the opportunity to join the GILL community of Gender Ambassadors. The GILL methodology is grounded in Living Lab principles, allowing Living Lab stakeholders to adopt and adapt the tools and approaches in their own experiments or management practices, with a specific emphasis on gender and inclusion
