DESCRIPTION

“Co-creation changes the game of innovation from designing for people to designing with people”. Co-creation is at a Living Lab core. But how to best enable it for a sustainable transition? In this interactive workshop, we will find out!

METHODOLOGY

The workshop will be interactive and fun for the participants, as they will have plenty of time to share their own knowledge, experience, tips, and tricks.
The facilitators will kick off the session with a brief and visual presentation of experiences from SCORE.

14:00 – 14:10 We will share how the 10 CCLLs are putting co-creation in practice, using a large visualization of the co-creation enablers and how they are related to each other.

The floor will then be open to all participants, to equally engage and exchange knowledge. For that, we will apply the interactive tool “I like, I wish, What if”, in three parts.
14:10 – 14:25 “I like”: all participants will be invited to visually point out which co-creation enablers and relationships they find more relevant and aligned with their own experience. They will do so with the Dotmocracy tool, putting stickers in the visual matrix presented.
14:25 -14:40 “I wish”: participants provide their feedback for improvement, indicating which connections between enablers could be different. They will add thoughts and experiences in a Visual Mindmap.
14:40 – 15:10 “What if”: in round tables with smaller groups, participants will share practical lessons learned and tips & tricks on how to use the interrelated enablers to boost co-creation and LL impact.

15:10 – 15:30 The session will end with a plenary discussion, sharing the main take aways.
