DESCRIPTION

In this session participants will act as Living Lab builders using gender responsive smart innovation and entrepreneurship tools and methodologies. This workshop is the fourth Gender Intelligence Group of EU-Funded GILL project. Participants of the workshop will learn about existing tools and methodologies for a gender responsive organization and will debate all transversal aspects of co- creation, from barriers to good practices and expected outcomes, with a focus on gender and diversity. They will also learn about how to think strategically when designing and building a Living Lab, including staff roles and stakeholders’ ecosystem.

METHODOLOGY

The methodology reflects the spirit of GILL project activities and capitalise on previous Gender Intelligence Groups (GIG). At GILL we strongly believe in the co-creation approach structured on a four-phases cycle – understand, co-design, implement, evaluate – repeated twice to incorporate the feedback and evaluation results in fine-tuned and validated results.

The workshop flow will be:

15:45 – 15:50 GILL project presentation
15:50 – 16:00 Presentation of existing services, tools and platforms and those planned in GILL as a starting point for discussion

16:00 – 17:05 the Role Play
  • 16:00 – 16:05 Split up in teams
  • 16:05 – 16:35 Discuss each team topic
  • 16:35 – 17:05 Presentation of all teams’ results
17:05 – 17:15 Wrap up and agreement on a global strategy

To make the workshop more interactive participants will take part in a role play.
We will use canva model, create a set of cards (and a Monopoly like game)
