CPO at Hyds
M.Sc. in Maths and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering. He joined the CRAHI-UPC in 2002, where he did his dissertation on the error structure of radar rainfall and its errors. Until May 2011, he worked as the Development Head of CRAHI-UPC. Since June 2011, he has been enrolled as Head of R&D and now CPO at HYDS. His interests include precipitation estimation with focus on applied solutions: design, development, operation and maintenance of Early Warning Systems and Decision Support Systems for organisations involved in emergency management at all levels (National - Regional - Local).
