For our first virtual edition of the conference we have only one sponsorship package available for everyone.

The price of this Sponsorship Package is €250 (+21% VAT) and this includes:

  • 1 free entrance ticket to attend the whole conference
  • 1 booth in our sponsor hall which is visible to all attendees starting from the registration process until even after the end of the conference
  • 1 large booth in our exhibition area where all attendees can discover our members, sponsors and living lab projects

After payment of your invoice of €250 (+21% VAT) and the delivery of your information, we will immediately create your booths and provide your access code to the conference.

For both booths we would need following information from your organization:

  • Your logo
  • A ‘pitch’ communication (a short video or pdf presentation)
  • A short bio about your organisation (max. 10 lines)
  • Your contact details (website & social media links, e-mail and/or telephone)
  • Your flagship projects/products which you want to display
  • Some additional information about your organization
