DESCRIPTION

This workshop aims to co-create the concept of “Responsible Living Labs (RLL)” in the Era of Digital Transformation and AI, with a particular focus on young citizen engagement.

METHODOLOGY

11:00 – 11:15 Introduction: Provide an overview of the workshop’s objectives, emphasizing the co-creation of Responsible Living Labs (RLL) in the context of AI and Digital Transformation, particularly focusing on challenges related to engaging young citizens.
 
11:15 – 12:00 Reverse Brainstorming in groups: Engage in a collective exercise to collaboratively formulate the definition of RLL for young citizens, following three stages (3*15 minutes): identification of challenges, clustering challenges, and co-creation of solutions.
 
12:00 – 12:15 Sharing and Reflection: Share insights generated by each group and engage in a thoughtful examination of the co-created solutions aimed at addressing challenges faced by RLLs concerning young citizens. This discussion may encompass themes such as dehumanization, the digital divide, inclusivity, power distribution, democracy, and real-life experimentation.
 
12:15 – 12:25 Group Discussions: Foster small-group dialogues dedicated to collectively crafting a comprehensive definition for Responsible Living Labs.
 
12:25 – 12:30 Conclusion: Summarize key takeaways and offer closing remarks that underscore the significance of comprehending the challenges AI presents within the realm of RLLs during the age of digital transformation, particularly in their interactions with young citizens.
