Pitches
OLLD19 brings Venture Capitalists, Experts and Investors directly, and for the first time, to the global Living Lab community. In partnership with NBG Business Seed, Technology Transfer Office of AUTH and OK!Thess, finalist from the European Social Innovation Competition and from the first ENoLL Business Plan Award will present their ideas to a selected jury of Experts, Angel Investors and Venture Capitalists from the region and beyond.
These 10 pitches will have the opportunity to refine their own entrepreneurial ideas and business models from a coaching session organised by the Technology Transfer Office of AUTH and OK!Thess. Attendees will have the chance to learn about these ideas and projects as well as delivering successful pitches.

Participants will need to prepare pitch decks and submit them for evaluation. A pitch deck consists of multiple slides on which the pitch will have to be condensed. The following topics will have to be covered: value proposition, underlying magic, business model, key metrics, the team and others.
During the Pitch Deck submission period, a webinar will be organised during which all the pressing questions will be answered.
The 10 proposals with the highest score will qualify for the last phase.
Local visit to OK!Thess, at which candidates will learn how to pitch their idea together with other OLLD participants. Consultation with coaches will follow.

Live feedback will be given throughout the session. Each pitch will be 5 minutes long and the evaluation committee will have 5 mins to give their feedback.

Awards will be given to the winners.
