About OpenLivingLabDays 2023
OpenLivingLab Days (OLLD)is the flagship annual event organized by the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL). It is a highly-anticipated gathering that brings together living labbers, public officials, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, academics, and innovators from around the world. The event offers a unique platform for networking, exchanging best practices, and collaborating on cutting-edge projects and for reflecting on the latest trends and how to shape the future. This year, OLLD 2023 will take place from 20-23 September at the World Trade Center in Barcelona.
Volunteer Responsibilities
As a student volunteer, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with various event-related tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of OpenLivingLabDays 2023. Your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming and assisting attendees
- Providing logistical support during sessions and workshops
- Assisting with registration and information desks
- Guiding participants to different areas within the venue
- Helping with audiovisual setup and technical support
- Contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the event
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for event management and innovation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Full Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Availability during the event dates
- Motivation to learn and contribute to the event’s success

1. 3. A short video of 1 minute in English explaining your interest in volunteering at OpenLivingLabDays 2023, relevant skills, and how you believe your contribution will enhance the event.
2. A recommendation letter from a professor or academic advisor endorsing your suitability for this opportunity.
Please include your full name, contact information, academic institution, and a certificate demonstrating that you are currently enrolled at an academic institution in the application email.
Deadline for Applications
The application deadline is 8 September 2023 close of business. Selected volunteers will be notified by 12 September 2023 via email.
