KoKrea Lab invites you to participate in an interactive digital world café experience using gather.town to share with peers and begin solving the mysteries of the challenges of Living Labs.

CHALLENGE

How to offer a fully digital interactive environment enabling participants to interact together in an autonomous and easy way, fostering collective intelligence despite the physical distance?

OBJECTIVE

KoKrea Lab invites you to participate in an interactive digital world café experience using gather.town to share with peers on the challenges of Living Labs.
The objective of the workshop is to provide an immersive experience for participants using the tool Gather.Town. Participants will be collectively trying to tackle the challenges of Living Labs.

OUTCOMES

Participants will have discovered / become more familiar with a very interactive digital tool fostering collective intelligence all the while having been able to exchange with peers and collect valuable input on the challenges of living lab theme.
The whole experience will be led in a fully immersive way.

BRIEF OUTLINE / METHODOLOGY

VALUE FOR PARTICIPANTS

0-15 min : Welcome, instructions and tour of gather.town and the custom framework

15-60 min : Digital world café in gathert.town following the custom framework and assisted by facilitators

60-90 min : Feedback collection and discussion session

This workshop should provide participants with valuable input on the challenges of a living lab and experience sharing. It will also foster new connections and networking between participants.
In addition, participants will have experienced a tool and unique custom framework that they could reuse in their own living labs for crafting digital experiences.

AUDIENCE

All living lab aficionados and professionals that are interested in testing a digital interactive platform and share about the challenges of living labs.
