Literature on living labs tells us that carrying out collaborative innovation activities is one of the main functions of living labs, and is done through testing, validation, experimentation and co-creation.

However, close collaboration brings challenges, such as the risk of a collision of ideas among stakeholders and the difficulty of creating an effective learning environment among diverse stakeholders.

Let dismantle the myth that user research methods are complicated, expensive, and time consuming, and indicate when these methods are best employed to help prioritize appropriate project strategies and goals. It is a powerful way for teams to come together with a common language, solve problems and prioritize next steps. This workshop can be replicated in any type of living lab.

 This workshop will provide tools to create a shared meaning and language for cross-disciplinary living lab teams. ​
