ENoLL Capacity Building

This session aims to inspire the audience with an overview of ENoLL’s vision on capacity building. The goal of this session is to inform, validate and co-create ENoLL’s strategy for capacity building. The main building blocks for ENoLL’s future strategy are discussed:
- Vision statement.
- Scaling up ambitions
- Type of partners (new opportunities for cities)
- Future service offerings of ENoLL
In an interactive second part of this session we will collaborate with the audience to improve all these aspects towards the future.

Danielle has 20 years of work experience in strategy, complex innovation, implementation and change management. She has lived abroad in Finland, Estonia, Poland, Spain, Germany and the UK, working on large-scale implementation projects in member states for the Council of Europe and innovation consulting companies. She is a strategist, an innovator and a change manager. She is strong in connecting people, organisations and countries in a sustainable manner, usually in a cross-sectoral way. She has a great passion for operating in contexts where change is complex or difficult to obtain; or where different parties must come together to solve a problem or societal challenge. Next to her role in EnoLL, she runs her own cross-sectoral and European innovation agency. With this, she brings an entrepreneurial spirit and international project expertise to the EnoLL- team. As senior international project manager, she is currently working on the VITALISE, METABUILDINGS and the ALL-READY project. She also is the educational design advisor for future redesign of the Virtual Learning Lab and the design of Capacity building program of EnoLL.

Starting his professional career in 1994 as frontline manager at Mc Donald’s, Nike and IKEA, he moved to the open innovation sector. Living the labs since 2006 @ i-City, IBBT, iMinds, City of Things & iMec. Sharing knowledge & experiences with internal and external clients as an User Involvement Evangelist. Working as an internal & external challenger in order to constantly improve the way of interacting, supporting & cooperating with (international)(large) panels of users & stakeholders in (complex) ecosystems. Keeping an eye on the quality of (large) quantitative surveys. Managing thematic monitors (e.g. digimeter, Smart City Meter) from A to Z. Setting up cross border cooperations between different panels. In 2020 he joined the ENoLL office to help the network grow.
