Anna Ståhlbröst is Associate Professor in Information Systems at Luleå University of Technology, Sweden. Her research is focused on Living Labs and processes for multi stakeholder engagement in the development of digital innovations for smart cities and regions. Anna is especially interested in methods and tools that put emphasis on value driven design from a human actor perspective. Her research is related to different application areas such as smart cities and regions, everyday use and on-line privacy. Her Living Lab research is highly cited and has been published in international journals, at conferences and in books.
Anna has a long research tradition within the area of Living Labs and has been part of ENoLL since it started via Botnia Living Lab. She has performed numerous Living Lab projects and has developed methods and tools that supports multi stakeholder involvement in Living Lab activities. Anna main skills and experiences are related to user engagement processes in various stages in the innovation process, focusing in particular on digital innovations. She is also an experienced design researcher within the area of digital service innovations developed within Living Labs.
